Short URL Link Hub

Overview

The Link Hub feature allows users to consolidate multiple links into a single, well-organised landing page. Each Link Hub can include a combination of short URLs and external links, presented with custom titles and logo images for clear branding and visual appeal.

Key capabilities include:

  • Centralised Link Management – Curate and present important URLs in one accessible location.

  • Custom Branding – Upload a logo and define a title to personalise the hub’s appearance.

  • Flexible Content Structure – Add both Short URL links and regular URLs with individual settings.

Ideal for campaigns, profiles, and organisational use, the Link Hub acts as a digital gateway that streamlines access to multiple resources while offering a consistent and professional user experience.

How to Create a Link Hub

1. Open the URLs folder in your form workspace and right-click on it.

2. Select “Create” and choose Link Hub from the options.

3. Enter a name for your Link Hub (e.g. My Links).

4. Upload a Logo (Optional) and enter a Title to personalize the hub.

5. Under Links, you can:

    • Add existing Short URLs you have created, and

    • Add general URL links (external websites or resources).

6. Once you have finished adding all your links, click Save and Publish to activate your Link Hub.
